We were told Josh would be here between 12-2. Josh called about 11:40 to tell us he would be here at 12 noon. He arrived, neat, clean with all his supplies, including his own rug, ( I thought it was a yoga mat!) He estimated the work, gave us a quote, and worked quietly and efficiently until the work was done. He also told us the work is guaranteed for 1 year. He cleaned up the areas he worked on and not a spec of remains were left!
