This company is composed of a bunch of unprofessional people, including their manager Bill as well as their workers. They broke my bed and assured me that they will either fix it or replace it. They did neither of them and left me on the floor for so many days. Eventually, I ended up getting a bed frame as an alternative and had them come back and arrange it for me. They never even paid the money that I was supposed to get after sending the claim form. I got tired of reaching out to them but they won't get tired of telling lies. I would recommend paying a little more and hiring better professionals.
