Update as of 07-21-2016 at 4:30 pm; Glen Devine called us back today and requested our services again. He called and said his fan motor was squealing and the A/C unit wasn't cooling. We previously recommended a new fan motor but he declined and opted for the band aid repair. The part we recommended but he declined to fix has now failed.
