I have to say that the employees at Closet Factory are very helpful, very knowledgeable. No pushy salespeople- Jessica Bentley was our fabulous designer that worked with us on design/ price. We were surprised that the lead time was so long, but were insured that we would be very happy they take their time to build custom products. Delivery guys were courteous and careful with my new items. Great warranty. Felt very confident purchasing from them after all the personal attention that I was given.. HIGHLY recommend this company.
