Brought our new FR3 in for some warranty work after our shake-down trip and Bruce was our Service Advisor. He took great care to discuss and document all of the issues we found during the shake-down. He was really great to work with and kept us informed of the status of the work. The work was done on time with the exception of some parts that needed to be ordered from Forest River. His tech, Aaron, also did an outstanding job on the warranty work. He even found a couple of things we had missed and he fixed them also. That was a nice surprise. That showed me they are focused on the customer.
