We've been using Source for awhile and most of the time, they're great. We only have them do outside and have notes about pets. There have been a few times we've had to call them back to reservice the yard as they didn't read the notes and a thorough job was not done. They have always come out for free to resolve problems that were missed. Our new tech is Mark and he seems to be doing a great job! Hopefully they can keep him, as there's usually a high turnover in employees.
