When I was initially contacted by Arina about refinancing, I didn’t give it too much thought. At the time I was paying 6.4% and she informed me that I would be applying for a loan of 3.75%. Arina encouraged me to at least put in for it and see what happens. After submitting the different documents to be reviewed, she kept in contact with me. If I had a question about something, at no time did I feel like I was “bothering” her or that she didn’t have time to spend answering questions I had. She was always friendly yet very professional; she was awesome. When everything was said and done and I was approved, all that was needed was to sign the papers. I was contacted by the notary and a time was set to sign them.
I have to say the experience I had with Ranlife and loan officer Arina was very pleasurable and didn’t hurt a bit; something I wasn’t too sure of when the initial phone call came asking if I considered refinancing. I’m glad Arina made the call. Yesterday I received a few things from Arina including some cards, scratch paper and a BBQ apron which I thought was a nice follow-up touch. Again, I have to say that I had a very good experience dealing with Ranlife and Arina. Thank you.
