I just want to say Roland is my kind of repair technician. I hope the company does not loose him because we need techs like him!!! And, when and if we should need plumbing repairs again, I want Roland to be our guy. Thank you for sending Roland out to our home. Also the people we talked with on the phone were also very courteous.
