I am 76 yrs old rent room from 81 yr old senior. Can't figure out how to fill in application for help. On Social Security. Bathtub not snaked out for 40 yrs. Can't use washer either floods the basement. But tub is the main problem. Watch you on TV all the time. Seem like you are a caring company. Live in Damascus, MD.
