First, let me say that this was a difficult job. The house had not been painted in 14 years and the trim had major weathering. I am very satisfied with the paint on the house stucco, wall stucco and the gazebo . However, the salesman assured me that the elastomeric coat would cover most of the weathering on the fascia trim. This was not the result on the peaks on the front of the house which are very visible from the street. I'm not happy with the way they turned out. Also, the aluminum fence around the patio and backyard was supposed to be painted in a polyurethane like the garage doors. It appears they were painted with the same paint used on the stucco (very rough) and not semi gloss. For the cost I was expecting better quality.
