DALCO Heating & Air Conditioning installed a replacement hot water tank for us. The only issue was that when they gave me the bid, they listed a certain model of water heater with a certain rating, but then they installed a lower model and lower rating water heater. When I called them about it, I spoke with Matt (who was very nice) and he said he accidentally listed the wrong one in the bid, but he had charged me for the right one. The owner then contacted me and apologized that had happened; he had not been available to do the invoice and estimate. They were very good with communicating about it, it was just a little disconcerting. I honestly do think it was just a mistake and I don't think they were trying to pull a fast one, but it would be better if they didn't make that kind of mistake. Other than that, everything was great. Their prices were a little higher than some of the other places I talked to, but I had used them before and I found them to be very professional and prompt- as they were again this time. Because of that I was willing to pay a little bit extra. They are very good about doing what they say, when they said they would do it. DALCO Heating & Air Conditioning is prompt and courteous.
