Well,what can I say? They know what they're doing. I requested an appointment online on Sunday for a leak. I would've had them out that day,but the cost is overtime. So,we turned off the water and waited until Monday. The customer service called at 745AM ready to send someone. He arrived at around 12pm.
The tech Anthony was polite,quick,and efficient. He fixed the copper piping that had a hole in it by cutting out the damage and soldering on some new piping in about 15 minutes. I was pretty amazed how quick it happened. He turned the water back on,and it's going well. I paid $470ish and there is a 90 day warranty. But hopefully this 30 year-old house won't cause any other surprises.
