We had a tricky situation and we're pretty bummed about it, but once Brad showed up things got resolved quite quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgable and got our water heater into a tight space without grumbling about it. The young man working with him was also polite and professional. We will call Rosentgal plumbing again.
