Basically the customer service and the gentleman who came out was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his profession. On top of that he pointed out a couple things that needed to be taken care of as far as termites and backyard treatment for fleas.
He was doing all the treatments that needed to be done and he also went over where the roaches were probably coming from and gave me an idea on how to get rid of them if they come out again. It was just great service overall.
