Gary Jobe and crew from the Latonia (Covington) KY Big Bob's store were awesome! When a washing machine hose leak destroyed our carpet on two floors, Gary came to the house to do measurements then met us later at the store to help us pick out the best replacement carpet (better than our original!) and help us make the decision to put in a laminate downstairs. Totally happy with the product and the service! Enjoying my new laminate flooring! Thanks Gary!
