There was a lot of coordination that had to be done, and Clinton Electric Co. handled every detail with the whole house generator--from appointments for plumbers to permits from the city. Everything was smooth. We dealt with two ladies in the office who made the appointments very smooth.
Fortunately, we have not had a power failure since it was installed. It comes on weekly to take care of the motor and it is fine. Their price was slightly high but worth it. The service was easy to book, and I was overall very pleased with the company's office staff and technicians. I've recommended Clinton Electric Co. to a friend of mine.
