This was my first time going to Santa Barbara Mattress. I bought a mattress and a couple of pillows, which, by the way, I love my pillow. Their product knowledge was good. The product itself was expensive. The warehouse felt a little unspecial. You go in there and there are five thousand mattresses in one dirty area. Their distribution was weak. However, the sales people were courteous, professional, and thorough. I would recommend checking them out.
