This was the 4th company I called. The first company cancelled last minute, and 2 others had ridiculously high prices for a pest inspection WDI report needed for our home purchase. Anyway the price was about a third of one company, and they were able to work me in the same day. I felt like I got more than I paid for. He was on time, very professional, didn't rush through the house and I feel like he did a great job. The phone service was also very friendly, courteous and responsive. I had an overall excellent experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing a pest inspection. Thank you!!
