My Technician is nothing less than a professional, I am very pleased with his flexibility and understanding considering we are running commercial business.
-I recommend that he be provided a cell phone, as this would simplify the process for rescheduling my set appointment. I'm currently obligated to contact the call center, and be placed on hold until they contact my technician in order to reschedule. A company such as western should stream line this process and provide a much more customer friendly experience by providing the technician with a cell phone, and allowing/making him hand that number over to his customers.
