Even though the original order of windows came in white instead of "Mountberry Red" (not your fault as it said red plainly on the original order) Loyd immediately got it taken care of and the reorder came in quickly. We has some problems with deteriorated wood after taking aluminum capping off but Loyd and installers were absolutely great helping to solve problems and get everything perfect. The installers were so professional and timely and neat - could not be better! I am very pleased and happy with the great service and definitely will recommend APCO.
