Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating installed and retro fitted a new unit to our house in either 2007 or 2008 and we have had regular maintenance with them since then.
In the first year there was problem with getting a specific part but ever since then they seem to do pretty good job.
We have a contract with them and they always seem to do good work so I have no issues sticking with them. I would recommend them.
