Buzz and his whole crew are all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The job was finished at the time promised and it was less that the original estimate. I wish B.A.T. Boys was located in my town. Oh by the way we were on vacation in Branson when we had to have the rack and pinion replaced on our Saturn Relay. People like Buzz are few in this world.
