Last summer we purchased 2 brand new HVAC units. Our units were old and one went out in June, the other in July. The upstairs unit has been functioning as expected but the downstairs unit has never functioned accurately. It is impossible to get to a comfortable temperature in our downstairs with this new unit. That was never a problem before with our older unit.
