Thank you to Dr. Ishmail and staff for the gentle care and comprehensive explanation of benefits and treatment plans they provided. I was welcomed; made for feel comfortable immediately and never felt rushed. Actually, I felt as though I was the most important patient they had - wish I noticed seemed to be the attitudes of the other patients that I noticed in the waiting room. They called each person arriving by name as though greeting cherished friends. When it comes to a dental appointment - that's a feeling that people truly should have as it puts them at ease.
