To start, the salesman said they would replace all of the trim and leave it as plain wood, so we could paint it. When they got here to install they changed their story and refused to change the trim, unless we wanted to pay more. As the crew left they broke a light at the end of our driveway and now our bow window is foggy. We wrote to get them to honor our warranty and have yet to hear back.... Buyer beware!
