Having had adverse experiences with most plumbers in the past, I was delightfully surprised with my appointment with Ben. He kindly showed us all what he had to do, offered several options as to what needed done, and after much enthusiastic education on each aspect of the several projects, let us decide which plan we wanted to do. With such informed proposals, it was easy to decide which way to go. I am most grateful, and will use Ben in subsequent plumbing situations. Thank you!
