I talked to Ben mostly but both Ben and Reid were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had peice of mind when Ben suggested what to do to save money when I ordered the wrong size of tire and suggested that it would cost me more to put tires back on and off. As a woman, I tend to get anxious about the car and any repairs and you can tell that Ben cares about the service he gives and it seems like the service suggestions are honest and wouldn't sell something that isn't necessary which is huge to me! The process of it all was easy and mostly efficient except for my error. I felt comfortable right away with the first call I made to ask about the process of ordering snow tires and having them delivered. I was so thankful again for the kindness of Ben and the flexibility given in making sure I had snow tires installed the day the tires got delivered and before a weekend of snow .
