We have a rental property that Dugas Pest Control services. So, we don't deal with them directly but whenever the tenants need something they call them and we never heard of them having any issues with them. What I can say that's first hand experience is that they are very professional when we call them and the process is very easy. We have an account set up with them and they are always polite and the scheduling is always really easy.
