David Merrick came to our house and provided us excellent and prompt service. Upon calling Action cooling he arrived at my house within an hour , and gave us different options such as repair and replacement.We decided to replace our unit and the crew came out also in a timely manner and installed a new air conditioner,and the new unit worked better than the previous builders grade unit we had ,and also saved us a significant amount of money on our electric bill as David had stated it would !!!!I have used other companies in the past but because of their honesty,reliability ,and prompt service I am now a lifetime customer of Action cooling!These guys are professionals and I would highly recommend them
