The entire staff was kind ,friendly and reassuring. This experience was one I dreaded for years but so far I feel confident that my concerns are understood and a way is worked out for me to get my dental problems resolved. Every level from the receptionist to the manager, the dental assistants,x-ray techs ,periodontist and especially the lab tech Johnny and Dr. Laurie Sargeant were thorough,kind and made us feel like one of the family,and yet professional. I have many more steps to complete my treatment but they are all walking me through each stage and making it as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much. M.P.
