Since we had dealt with Don Lovato before I called him again ! So far am really happy with the carpet--but I would have appreciated it so much if they had paid more attention to my wood in the house! Trying to cover it up with polish, but got alot to get done---and kind of hard to get down on my knees since I am an old lady!!!! Maybe the boys will be able to not have to move so fast!! All were very courteous!!

I would, however, like to send my men over to look at your wood baseboards. I do remember mentioning to you both that they could get a few small marks that are easy to cover with Old English Oil (with tint) , yet I would like to come out with my team and take a look at your concerns.
