Initially I had Besco Air Inc. to install the units in all of my apartment dwellings. Since it was a good experience the first time I thought about calling them again to service a unit that I was having difficulties with. I was quoted that for a technician to come out it was going to be charged $80 and if there isn't anything to fix then I would just be charged for them to come out. However, I was also on a timer which will make the cost more should he has to actually make the repairs. Well, during the process the technician actually took a telemarketing phone call while he was working - meanwhile I'm being charged. The final conclusion was that he didn't have to fix or replace anything. So, when he told me my final cost it was an extra $40 added onto the $80! I asked him why and he said because of the amount of time it took him on this service appointment. I feel like I was being over charged for the time he spent on the phone call. This was in my opinion abusive to do me as a customer.
