Our furnace stopped working on a Friday evening, and they were able to come on Saturday to diagnose the problem (recently out of warranty motor), and came by Wednesday to replace it. A little pricey--initial guess was $1000 to $1200, and final cost was about $1310 (including initial diagnosis). We were eligible for 15% discount, but did not see the full cost of the repair so have to trust they took it off (I called and was told they would double check but did not hear back). Technician Alyssa is very professional and capable.
