I just had a new carrier system installed so I can't really review the product just yet. However the people at Speciality have been great. The salesman, Eric was helpful and explained things clearly. The installation crew was great. They were fast, efficient, answered any questions I had and they were friendly. All of the crew were punctual and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this group to anyone and I would add that the crew that came to my house deserves a big bonus or at least a raise. Thank you to all of you.
