Technician came out. Looked at the location of my leak. Immediately determined the entire shower drain would have to be replaced. He never actually ran any water to see exactly where the leak was. When I told him $812 was too expensive, he called his boss and they said how about $500? This of course made me trust them even less. I paid the $69 trip fee and sent him in his way. Another company came in, actually diagnosed the problem, ran water, and determined that all that was needed was to secure a lose fitting. Cost me $50. I will never call Benjamin Franklin again.
