Joe Ceparano was competent and thorough. Our new XT5 is beautiful and we took it on a road trip two days after buying it. We were very happy how it handled on our trip to North Carolina. We were pleased that Joe followed up with us a couple of days after the sale to make sure that we were happy with our new car.
