The service people who have come to our home have been outstanding - courteous and knowledgeable. The ladies who answer the phones are very nice and helpful. The operations manager is condescending and rude. We have been customers of Curtis for more than a decade; every time they recommended an upgrade or a new piece of equipment, we followed their advice. They are experts at the upsell. They recommended replacement of our sink (15 years old, builders grade) and faucet. We went where they suggested and had them install it. Less than a year and a half after installation, the hose let loose from the valve and water everywhere for several hours. Curtis did respond to the call immediately, but then I had to deal with the Operations Manager, who quickly informed me that it wasn't their fault and the warranty had expired so we were out of luck. Too bad for us.
We had planned to have them redo our upstairs bathroom this fall, but not anymore.

I am sorry this happend to your home. The faucet water line that came loose had been installed for over a year. Unfortunately like i mentioned our insurance company will have to handle the claim if your insurance company feels it is our fault. We did send a tech out right away to repair the faucet, and help out as much as he can. It looks like a faulty supply line at this point. If there is anything else we can do please give us a call.
