I first found this company through Yelp when my carpets needed to be stretched after a cleaning that went bad by another company. I called them this year to do the cleaning. Technician came promptly, did an excellent job, showed me that the carpet did stretch as before but assured me it would settle back in a day which it did or he would come back. Got a discount as a repeat customer and a bottle of spot cleaner. Very pleased with this company.
