I had a pipe spring a leak on the hot water heater and called around 10PM at night. Being a new homeowner who knows nothing about any of this, I was in a state of panic. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and talked me through making sure that everything was OK and we got the water to stop leaking. The service technician was scheduled the next morning between 7 and 8am and he arrived promptly at 7am. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. It was fixed within 40 minutes.
There customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.
