I had an appointment for a recall issue. I as able to make an appointment in a timely manner. The service time was within the Hyundai estimate, and the service manager listed recommended maintenance based on age and mileage, but without any pressure to do immediately. Donna at the front desk was very courteous and does an excellent job of keeping customers waiting area clean and stocked with coffee and cckies.
