Hunter, the technician, did an excellent job. He arrived as scheduled. I appreciated that it was an on the hour appointment not a four hour window. He called to say he was en route. He installed the unit and cleaned up after he was finished. The owner answered all of my questions about the humidifier and the pros and cons of the model I selected. The initial contact person was also pleasant to work with. I don't typically post these reviews but i was impressed with this company and will use them again.
