I've rented from thrifty for many years and I have to say, this most recent rental may have been the roughest car I've received yet. The car was slightly damaged on the front bumper, rear bumper and the passenger door had a big chunk of paint off of it. There were also multiple dings and scratches. The car ran rough too. Was in a hurry so I didn't go back to ask for another car.
