My carpet is very old but is still in good condition. The last several years the family room carpet had come loose from the tack strips and the edges were moving up the wall and covering the baseboards. The original padding had deteriorated and needed to be removed and replaced - a big and difficult job.
Hector, the technician who did my work, did a great job. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He got the old padding out and replaced it, relaid the carpet, cut all the odd angles to fit, replaced the tack strips where needed, got it secured and then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new. I am thrilled with the outcome and so glad that I called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. The other contacts that I had with the company were also very professional and easy to work with.
