I paid for a service and was given a year warranty on the service. It was written by an employee by this company, one of three who showed up to my house. One was to be the more senior tech to confirm the issue and quote me on other services. I call to have warranty work and instead was told that "We do not give year warranties," that, "The employee must have been new." My drain was backed up and needed it cleaned out. So, after first saying they do not write warranties such as mine, which is reflected on their paperwork, they offered me a free $99 clean out and that it would void the warranty once it was done or else. From the technician to me from the "Manager". "Strong Arming" me into having the work done. MAKE YOUR DECISION BASED ON THIS INFORMATION AND YOUR RESEARCH when it comes to choosing a plumber. These guys are not the way to go. Juan Diaz was my tech for the first Hydro Jet clean out, Shane came out for warranty work, that did not take place he was fine, the deliverer of crooked service who is not to blame, he is just a guy doing a job as asked by his superior. Unfortunately, we all may have had to work for crooked people at crooked companies in the past. BE WARNED AND BE CAREFUL!!
