Deal with them at your own risk! The latest and final example: attic A/C unit flooded, soaked ceiling and caused ceiling cave-in. Unique technician responded, said it was a cracked inner pan and gave us a bill for almost $1000 tor labor and materials. The, we had two other professionals check the unit. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pan! The problem: when Unique serviced the unit three months prior, they did not check/clean drain pipe. Zero problems or water since the honest diagnosis. And the worst problem: it's always impossible to get anyone in authority at Unique to speak to -- the owner is always "away". Still have not been shown the basic courtesy of a callback after reporting the above, despite their promises to do so. Obviously, they know they were caught this time and, by totally ignoring their dishonesty, they hope it will just go away, so they may go on to their next "victim". Yes, they truly are "unique"!
