i found the new cars i wanted to test drive on line. sent in a email. steve called me the next day and invited me to come to the dealership that night. i did. i test drove one of the cars and chose to buy it. steve gave me a big discount without any hassles. i am very, very pleased with my experience. i also referred my son to steve @ freeway honda because he is looking to buy a new car also.
