Floor Coverings International of Lexington, KY came when they said they would. They finished the job in the time frame they predicted and didn't add extra money. We got tile-like in the kitchen, the laundry, and the bathroom. In the family room we got a regular carpet that was very similar to the old one, but now it's brand new, clean and soft. We liked them fine and would use them again if we needed to!
