A full crew replacing everything to include giving me upgraded dual zone ducting. The fact that casual conversation with Tim during his sales interview (no pitch unless you ask for it) will probably showed up as back-story to his offer email shows that he pays attention to who you are. All of the installers demonstrated their professionalism by just quietly going about their business, working as a put-together team.
