I was from out of town looking at a used car from a dealer and brought it to Mike for a pre-purchase inspection. He found a lot of things that the dealer was trying to pass off and was great about walking me through how to handle the situation if I still wanted the car. I really appreciated his time and insight as well as their whole staff going out of their way to squeeze us in (even though I was late due to traffic/storm). You could plainly see how great they were to their customers and even see how much the other customers valued this business. I was very impressed and would go back in a heartbeat if I was local.
