I get an appointment for 7:30 am in the morning. The lady asked me do you want a shuttle? I said yes. Then she scheduled me for a shuttle. When I get there, they said shuttle wont be available til 8:30 am. Then adviser told me: your recall only take 20 min and our tech guy comes at 8:00 am so I'm going to ask him to work on your car so you can leave by 8:20 am. then I said okay and went to waiting room. Around 8:15 am, shuttle came and took some other customers, I decided to stay because they told me my car would be ready by 8:20 am. I wait til 8:30 and went to the adviser and ask him is my car ready? he replied " they just pull out your car and they are working on it." I said so another 20 min? he said yes. I walked out from service room and I saw my car was parked in the same place that it was at 7:30 am. So the adviser lied to me because they didn't even moved my car and he told me they are "working on it right now". waiting for another 40 min and I got my car by 9:20. While I was signings the paper, another adviser says I'm sorry Mr.** for today, but our shuttle got into the accident ( second lie, because I saw him took other customers but I just didn't go with him since they told me my car was going to be ready by 8:20 ). My advice to your ADVISERS is to stop lying. People are not stupid. People hates lies and hate the person lie to them. So I really lost my respect for the your service. I don't see any reason to someone lie to me or to any other person. I rather pay more to the crappy old rusty place who have manners and honesty to fix my car than pay nothing in fancy place with no manners and being lied to.
